This class is designed to suit all ages and fitness levels and is guaranteed to be fun and unique every session!

Each class will be designed to increase strength, improve endurance and decrease body fat through modified Strongman activities.

All of the exercises performed are fun, challenging, beneficial and WILL provide you with results. The exercises help train the body to achieve peak results in functional activities, therefore reducing the risk of injury in day to day life.

Examples of movements to be used are:

  • Pushing
  • Pulling
  • Bending
  • Twisting
  • Squatting
  • Lunging
