Our professional instructors are dedicated to operating classes designed to burn body-fat and get you fit in the process! Each class is structured to accomodate all levels of fitness and for ages 12+.

Each class is different and constantly changing so you never get bored. Keeping it fun will ensure you make the most out of each and every session we have to offer.

To compliment our training, we sit down with you individually before the 8 weeks start for a Goal Setting session. We map out your long and short term goals then put the action steps in place to guarantee you reach them!

Each member of the Bootcamp has a nutritional consultation prior to the commencement of the 8 Transformation weeks and has a nutrition plan designed to accomodate their lifestyle, food preferences and initial goals. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach and each member of the Bootcamp will receive an individualised program.

The classes run Monday – Saturday for 8 Weeks with unlimited access to your Trainers throughout this time for support, guidance and motivation.
