Our Bootybuilder class is designed to compliment those who already weight train. The classes are designed to enhance the development of your lower body, whilst still increasing your overall fitness in a class environment!
Our classes are designed to give the ultimate ‘booty burn’ and are guaranteed to give you the booty gains you are chasing whilst also improving your lower body strength, stability and endurance.
The classes will be comprised of weight training and high intensity activities, some exercises included are:
- Hip thrusts
- Kettlebell Exercises
- Glute specific activities
To fully benefit from this class, we recommend that you have had experience weight training and routinely Squat & Deadlift, as many of our workouts are based around variations of compound lifts.
These classes run every Saturday from November 4th and are guaranteed to boost your booty, tone up your legs and get you fit!
