7 Day Intensive


Southern Highlands Strength & Conditioning’s ‘7 Day Intensive Program’ is designed for those who are committed to make a dramatic change to their lives – FAST! A completely dedicated person has the ability to lose up to 5% of Body Fat in one week!

The program includes:

  • 7 days of intense Personal Training from one of the Trainers at Southern Highlands Strength & Conditioning (it will be the same Trainer at each session). Each session will be 45 minutes in length.
  • 7 day intense Detox.
  • A 30 day follow up Dietary Plan to transition you from the detox into a healthy and nutritionally balanced diet.
  • Supplementation protocol to assist you in removing harmful toxins from your body.
  • Guidance and support from Day 1 – Day 37.

We must stress that this program is NOT for everyone. It requires 100% commitment and is reserved for those who can dedicate themselves entirely.
